Russia in the Ocean World

Russia's global maritime presence is changing. In this episode of World Ocean Radio, host Peter Neill will discuss inter-regional trade on the Baltic, a seeming lack of cooperation to EU proposed guidelines to limit nitrogen and phosphorous loads, and recent headlines which decry Russia's opposition to proposals that would protect the Ross Sea and East Antarctica. Their actions are seen as a stall to progress and a blow to international cooperation and goodwill.
